HSEQ Manager Kirkbymoorside Permanent staff position A global engineering company is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and improve standards at their North Yorkshire facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind safety initiatives and quality assurance strategies. What You ll Be Doing Managing all ISO certifications Leading the Quality Control department, developing a high-performance team. Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits to minimise hazards. Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the site, driving lean principles What You ll Bring to the Team Significant experience in a health and safety or quality leadership role, specifically within manufacturing or engineering NEBOSH General Certificate Knowledge of ISO compliance Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles. A track record of implementing change and motivating teams. This is a pivotal role where you can truly shape the HSQE strategy of a growing business.
