As the visible HSE leader, you''ll drive a proactive safety culture, coach managers, promote safe behaviours and ensure compliance is embedded across operations.You''ll also provide strategic leadership to the Quality function, supporting quality systems, product and process quality through your team while maintaining high standards across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, influencing people and driving continuous improvement.
