Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for HSE across manufacturing, yard areas, offices and facilitiesVisit customer construction sites once a week to carry out safety inspections, training and auditingManage and update the company BSI QMS SystemsManage, update and audit company ISO45001 and ISO14001 standardsDevelop and implement HSEQ policies and proceduresWork closely daily with departmental managers to keep them up-to-date with complianceRisk assessments, SSoW, HSE training, new staff inductions, toolbox talks Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Good management skills, effective communicator working across all levels of the businessNEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction CertificateIOSH Managing SafelyComfortable with travelling out once or twice a week to visit customer siteMust have worked in industrial manufacturing and construction type environmentsKnowledge of ISO45001and ISO14001 standards - managing and auditingGood report writing, time management, ..... full job details .....
