HSEQ Manager (FM)Our client is a leading testing, inspection and certification TIC) sector organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced QHSE Manager to provide leadership across their Fire, Air and Asbestos division. This is a brand-new role created as part of their rapid growth trajectory. The role is focused on driving quality, health, safety and environmental excellence, supporting operational teams, and ensuring compliance across a growing national business.This opportunity offers significant scope to influence standards, improve performance and develop your career, with a clear pathway towards a future QHSE Director position.The role requires national travel to internal offices and customer sites. You will ideally be based in the North West / Midlands however they are open-minded to location. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a positive HSEQ culture across the division.Support and coach operational leaders on quality, safety and environmental performance.Ensure compliance with UK legislation, industry standards and ISO management systems.Lead audits, investigations and corrective action programmes.Develop and improve HSEQ policies, procedures and safe systems of work.Produce KPI reports and performance dashboards to drive continuous improvement.Support new contract mobilisations and business integration projects.Deliver training and represent the business during customer and regulatory audits.
