HSEQ Manager

HSEQ Manager / Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality manager Full-Time Permanent 2/3 days a week hybrid possible Groundworks Contractor seeking an experienced and motivated Health and Safety Environment, and Quality Manager to work alongside their existing HandS team, supporting the continued development and implementation of our health, safety, environmental and wellbeing standards across our operations. They have 2 current HandS Advisors but definitely have a weakness in the team for the Environment side, which they are currently outsourcing and want to being that inhouse. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is particularly strong in documentation, compliance management, reporting, and presentation, allowing operational site support to remain a key focus for the existing HandS function. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, review and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Produce and manage Construction Phase Plans (CPPs). Conduct site health and safety inspections and audits. Prepare detailed inspection reports and track corrective actions. Support project teams in complying with company and statutory HandS and Environmental requirements. Assist with the development and implementation of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives. Monitor compliance with current HSE legislation and best practice. Investigating incidents, near misses and unsafe acts were required.
