This role is integral to ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to risk management. This is a full-time permanent position, 100% office based. Most of your time will be based in the Southampton office, but you will be expected to travel to other sites across England, using your own vehicle, any overnight accommodation will be paid for by the company.
