Job title: HSEQ Assistant / CoordinatorLocation: Kendal We are recruiting an HSEQ Assistant / Coordinator for a manufacturing site in Kentmere, Cumbria, within a 24-hour production environment. This role supports the site''s Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management systems and contributes to safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The position involves working closely with the HSEQ Manager to maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 through system development, routine testing, workplace inspections, and document control activities. The role also supports quality testing, calibration coordination, environmental monitoring, and internal audit readiness across a specialist filtration materials manufacturing operation that uses traditional and advanced automated textile processes. What You Will Do?Support compliance activities relating to applicable legislation and ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management standards.Conduct Goods-In and Finished Goods testing and release activities in line with site quality requirements.Manage equipment calibration schedules and maintain accurate records for test data and defect reporting.Perform workplace inspections, support training delivery, and assist with internal auditing programs.Support health and safety initiatives, including employee wellbeing, first aid arrangements, incident reporting, and investigations.Assist with environmental management processes, including waste handling and ..... full job details .....
