Our client, a highly respected Civil Engineering Contractor based in Glasgow, is looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their growing team.With a strong pipeline of secured work across rail and general civil engineering projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a forward-thinking organisation that genuinely values HSEQ excellence. Rail experience is welcomed but not essential the right attitude and experience matter most.You ll be part of an established and supportive HSEQ team, working closely with project and leadership teams to ensure best practice is embedded at every stage of delivery.What You ll Be Doing Championing a positive Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality culture across sites and leadership teamsProviding clear, accurate HSEQ reporting in line with legislation and best practicePreparing and maintaining key documentation including CPPs, EMPs, RAMS and associated recordsEnsuring consistent application of the HSQE Management System across all projectsSupporting compliance through training coordination, assessments and competency reviewsCarrying out site audits aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Leading or supporting incident investigations, root cause analysis and reportingContributing to behavioural safety initiatives and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
