HSE Officer

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced HSE Officer to join our well established client. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental are adhered to. 
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Operations team to achieve site action plans. 
• Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators against targets and advise site team of appropriate/necessary actions required. 
• Liaise with Site Management team in the implementation of sites environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc). 
• Implement company policy at all times i.e. compliance with regulations and permits. 
• Preparing and conducting health and safety related meetings. 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a manufacturing and experience with changing cultures. 
• Effective organisational, time management and administration skills. 
• Problem solving and Internal audit skills. 
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 
• Work under own initiative and be a good team player. 

Salary: Competitive.
