      <description>Location: Billingham | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Temporary | HSE Manager10-12 week contractOur client is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to provide interim support within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining safety, compliance, and environmental standards across site operations. Key Responsibilities:  Lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on site Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions Maintain ISO 14001 environmental management systems Oversee COSHH assessments and occupational hygiene programmes Manage waste operations and ensure regulatory compliance Prepare and submit environmental reports including EPR and packaging regulations  Requirements:  NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) Experience within chemical, process, or manufacturing industries Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and REACH regulations Experience with environmental management systems and compliance reporting Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment  This is a site-based role requiring immediate availability.
