Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to provide interim support within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining safety, compliance, and environmental standards across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on site
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions
- Maintain ISO 14001 environmental management systems
- Oversee COSHH assessments and occupational hygiene programmes
- Manage waste operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare and submit environmental reports including EPR and packaging regulations
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience within chemical, process, or manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and REACH regulations
- Experience with environmental management systems and compliance reporting
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
