This business is going through an exciting period of growth, securing multiple long-term projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the site''s Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy, ensuring full compliance with legislation, updating policies, and monitoring key metrics. Conduct regular safety audits, lead incident and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis, and manage risk assessments. Provide expert HSE advice, develop and deliver engaging training programs, and support managers in cultivating a strong, positive safety culture. Monitor environmental compliance, support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the main liaison for external regulators and auditors (with travel to the other sites).
