This role is perfect for someone who champions the philosophy "Everyone returns home in the same condition they arrived at work!" and is ready to make a significant impact.Day-to-day of the role:Ensure legal compliance for health and safety in the workplace by conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain the highest standards.Lead training sessions for new and existing staff, identifying and assisting in staff development opportunities.Use continuous improvement techniques to enhance and sustain health, safety, and environmental performance and management systems.Conduct timely incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.Create, implement, and review Risk Assessments, safe working procedures, and method statements.Deliver the company''s Health and Safety strategy and initiatives for the site.Stay updated and informed on all health and safety legislation, including any changes.Review and update all existing company Health and Safety documentation in line with statutory obligations, including CDM Regulations.Conduct regular health and safety inspections/audits at each project site and prepare detailed HandS audit reports.Review and ..... full job details .....
