NEW HSE MANAGER JOB IN ILFRACOMBE. We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of HSE across a high technology manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will play a key role in developing a proactive health, safety and environmental culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement across the business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of HSE strategy, influence decision making at all levels and create a safer, more sustainable working environment for all employees. Responsibilities as an HSE Manager in Ilfracombe. Lead the development and implementation of a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture, driving continuous improvement across the business. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory health, safety, environmental and workplace welfare legislation. Manage and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, ensuring systems remain effective and compliant. Develop and monitor HSE targets, objectives and improvement programmes to enhance performance and minimise environmental impact. Provide expert guidance, advice and support to leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Chair and lead the Health and Safety Committee, encouraging employee engagement and promoting best practice. Requirements as an HSEManager in Ilfracombe.
