Health, Safety and Environmental ManagerBlackpool Up to 50,000A hands-on HSE role where you can make a genuine difference.We''re looking for an experienced HSE Manager who has operated as a standalone lead within an SME manufacturing environment and knows how to turn good HSE practice into real-world results.This is not a role for sitting behind a desk. You''ll be on the shop floor, working with people, challenging standards, solving problems and driving improvements across the site.The business is looking for someone who can take ownership, quickly understand where the gaps are and build a stronger, more proactive HSE culture.What makes you a strong fit?You''ll ideally have:Standalone HSE management experience within SME manufacturingA proven track record of implementing improvements and getting things doneStrong practical experience with machinery, equipment and varied manufacturing processesExperience with machinery risk assessments, guarding, isolation/LOTO and safe systems of workNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)Good knowledge of UK HSE legislation, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Strong incident investigation and RIDDOR experienceA commercially aware and pragmatic approachThe confidence to influence everyone from operators to senior leadershipThe drive to work hard, meet deadlines and take ownership of outcomesThe environmentThis is a varied manufacturing site with a wide range of equipment and processes, so someone who enjoys getting to grips with different machinery and ..... full job details .....
