HSE ManagerHolywell£45,000 + 10% Performance Related Bonus + 21 Days Holiday (Increasing to 25 Days with Service) + Bank Holidays + Contributory Pension (Matched up to 6%) + EAP + Occupational Sick Pay + Service Awards37.75 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5pm, Friday 8:15am to 1pmHSE required for an industry leading manufacturer with a 65 year history who are currently experiencing significant year on year sales growth. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a business who witnessing over 20% growth each year and have ambitious development and investment plansThe successful candidate will need experience in a similar role and can come from any manufacturing or engineering background. You will need a NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant Health and Safety experience along with knowledge of UK HSE legislationYou will be responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental for the company. You ll develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with UK legislation. You will carry out risk assessments and audits and carry out investigations if there are any incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
