HSE Manager - London/South East

Key responsibilitiesManage and monitor HSE arrangements across a regional portfolio of sites and projects.Provide advice on UK HSE legislation, CDM 2015 where applicable, risk assessments, RAMS and safe systems of work.Undertake site visits, inspections and audits, following up on findings and improvement actions.Support incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis, ensuring lessons learned are shared.Work with contractors and subcontractors to monitor performance and maintain appropriate HSE standards.Support project teams through construction and other relevant delivery phases, helping identify and control risks.Monitor HSE data, prepare performance updates and identify areas requiring further attention.Promote engagement, effective communication and continuous improvement across the region.Experience and qualificationsRelevant HSE experience within renewable energy, power, construction, civil engineering, utilities or a comparable sector.Experience working across multiple sites or projects.Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, construction risks and contractor controls.Practical experience with inspections, audits, incident investigations and HSE management systems.NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.IOSH membershipConfident stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both site-based and senior teams.Salary and benefits 65,000- 75,000 annual salaryCar allowance Other company benefits ersg are an equal opportunities ..... full job details .....
