This role falls within the Logistics subsidiary of the wider group, and has arisen due to an ever increasing workload meaning creation of a new department in the South East.In this dynamic role you will be responsible for setting up a new HandS team covering numerous sites in and around Colchester. You will be the go-to person for implementing processes and procedures, hiring new staff and training both internal and external staff.
