This is a fantastic opportunity for a safety-focused professional to take ownership of health, safety and environmental performance across a busy manufacturing operation, and play a key role in shaping and embedding a genuinely positive safety culture. The Role As HSE Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures and management systems across the business, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, company standards and industry best practice. You'll lead on risk assessments, safe systems of work and hazard identification, and take the lead on incident, accident and near-miss investigations - identifying root causes and driving corrective action through to closure.
