HSE Manager Responsibilities Proactively implementing industry best practice in relation to HSE management in a heavy engineering environment. Maintaining, improving and enforcing the Company’s HSE management systems and policies. Ensuring compliance with all statutory duties related to HSE (including radiation protection). Maintaining the Company’s ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accreditation. Ensuring that all Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) are accurate, appropriate, consistent and up-to-date. Ensuring that all training is thorough, consistent and up-to-date. Leading accident and incident investigation and the implementation of corrective actions.
