This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced health and safety professional to step into a newly created role, working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, strengthen site standards, and develop a proactive, positive safety culture. You''ll have the opportunity to influence how health and safety is managed across the operation, combining hands-on site involvement with the autonomy to implement improvements, develop safe working practices, and engage colleagues at all levels of the business.
