HSE Manager - Heavy Engineering and Fabrication Rotherham 45,000 Permanent This isn''t a desk-based Health and Safety role. We''re looking for an experienced HSE professional who knows what good safety looks like in a heavy engineering and fabrication environment. Someone comfortable walking through a workshop where steel is being cut, welded, fabricated and assembled. Someone who understands the risks associated with heavy machinery, lifting operations and maintenance. And someone equally comfortable putting on their PPE and going to a customer site to support installation, servicing and repair work. If your HSE experience has been gained in that kind of environment, this could be an excellent opportunity. The Business You''ll be joining an established South Yorkshire engineering manufacturer producing heavy machinery for the mining, quarrying and recycling industries. The equipment is manufactured and assembled in Rotherham before being installed and maintained at customer sites. It''s a practical, down-to-earth engineering business with an excellent record of retaining its people. The Role As HSE Manager, you''ll take ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental standards across the manufacturing operation and wherever the company''s engineers are working on customer sites.
