We are seeking an adaptable individual who will lead the development, implementation and governance of a global HSE management system, ensuring consistent, high standards across all sites. Being a high-hazard environment, strong governance and collaboration are critical. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to embed strategic HSE objectives, work cross-functionally with global site teams, drive compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements, and ensure policies are effectively deployed across the business. You’ll oversee audit programmes, monitor leading and lagging performance indicators, and provide clear, executive-level reporting. A key part of the role will be driving incident learning—reviewing events, identifying trends and embedding improvements across multiple locations to continually enhance safety, compliance and environmental performance.
