The company has over 40 years of experience across water, transport, built environment and energy, and holds Gold Investors in People accreditation. It has a direct delivery model and long-term secured work through major frameworks.Reporting to the Head of HSE, you will support a number of live projects, ensuring the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems are met. You will champion HSE standards across the region, support and mentor HSE Advisors, and act as a visible role model for safety on site.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consistent, accurate HSE advice and support to HSE Advisors, site teams and managersLine manage and mentor HSE Advisors, supporting their professional developmentConduct regular site visits and monthly HSE detailed inspections against agreed targetsMonitor Advisor inspections and ensure findings are closed out on timeEnsure corporate incident reporting timeframes are met, including 2-hour escalation, 2-day initial reports and alerts, and 2-week detailed investigation ..... full job details .....
