This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced health and safety professional to take ownership of SHE strategy and performance within a fast-paced operational environment, driving positive culture change and continuous improvement across the business.Your new roleReporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading, developing and continuously improving the organisation''s Safety, Health and Environmental Management System while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and best practices.You will work closely with managers and operational teams to embed a proactive safety culture, reduce risk and support sustainable business improvements.Key duties will include:Leading the development and continuous improvement of the SHE Management System.Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation.Driving a positive SHE culture through visible leadership, coaching and engagement.Supporting risk assessments, hazard identification and implementation of control measures.Leading incident, near-miss and environmental investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.Conducting audits, inspections and compliance reviews.Developing and delivering SHE training and awareness programmes.Supporting environmental compliance, ..... full job details .....
