HSE Manager A leading manufacturer in the automotive interiors sector is seeking a hands-on Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Manager to lead HSE strategy and compliance at their Liverpool site. This is a key leadership role focused on driving behavioural safety, continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with internal standards and UK legislation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement site-wide HSE policies and proceduresLead behavioural safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety cultureCoach and support site teams to embed SSOWDeliver HSE inductions and training programmes for employees and contractorsLead internal audits aligned with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standardsTrack and report audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement plansManage sustainability initiatives and Kaizen processesReport on environmental performance and support improvement activitiesLiaise with internal departments, external regulators, and community stakeholdersCommunicate HSE alerts, updates, and good practices across the siteRepresent the site in group-level HSE meetings and reviewsWhat you''ll needPrevious experience in complex manufacturing environments would be advantageous.Strong working knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, and UK HSE legislationExperience with process safety and document controlExcellent communication, coaching, and influencing skillsWhat''s in it for you?A salary of £60k + Car allowance is available for the role, alongside a discretionary bonus ..... full job details .....
