HSE Manager

• Regular coordination with the site manager, the client''s safety coordinator (SiGeKo), and internal departments
• Ensuring that site organization and subcontractors comply with project requirements and all local laws and regulations
• Participation in all meetings related to occupational safety and environmental protection
• Supporting the development and regular review of site safety concepts and safe working methods
• Conducting risk assessments for site activities and defining appropriate mitigation measures
• Carrying out site inspections
• Providing safety inductions for all personnel entering the construction site in accordance with regulations
• Regular measurement and reporting of HSE performance indicators
• Supporting the project team with customer complaints, reporting, and timely development of solutions
• Administration of reportable accidents and environmental incidents
• Driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, training, and regular coaching
