HSE Manager

Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager Renewable Assets Job to be based in either Bristol or London (1x day per week in the office minimum) The Opportunity Earth Wind and Hire is working with a forward-thinking organisation in the renewable energy space to appoint an experienced HSE Manager. This is a pivotal role supporting the safe and efficient operation of a growing portfolio of energy assets, including solar and storage. You ll play a key part in strengthening safety culture, improving environmental performance, and ensuring compliance across operational sites and contractor activities. The Position This role sits at the heart of operations, partnering with technical and leadership teams to embed best-in-class health, safety, and environmental standards. You ll take ownership of HSE strategy, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, while acting as a key point of contact for risk and compliance matters. From incident management through to audit leadership, this is a hands-on and influential role where your expertise will directly impact operational excellence.
