Review refurbishment works Principal Contractor and sub-contractor(s) OHSE arrangements to ensure compliance of activities to BASO and MOD expectations. Verification of contractor competence and induction arrangements under MOD 4Cs requirements. Monitor temporary works and welfare arrangements. Monitor exposure to Noise, Vibration, and dust, fumes. Verify and monitor contractor PUWER compliance arrangements. Monitor interface risks between SBO activities, refurbishment works, and other site activities to ensure arrangements are ALARP. Undertake 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) assurance activities, issuing reports and tracking actions through to completion.
