Health and Safety Manager Manufacturing Location: Based at a single site in Tonbridge Salary: £55,000 per annum + bonus D7 Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning leader in the manufacturing industry. Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Health and Safety Manager to lead health and safety operations at their Tonbridge site. Key Responsibilities Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring full compliance with UK standards and regulations. Safety Culture: Promote and embed a culture of safety throughout the organisation by leading awareness campaigns and training initiatives. Audit Management: Conduct internal audits and ensure all health and safety documentation and procedures are audit-ready. Incident Management: Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement preventative measures. Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive health and safety training for employees and leadership. Risk Assessments: Perform regular risk assessments, proactively identifying potential hazards and implementing effective controls. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to drive a high standard of health and safety performance.
