This is a hands-on, visible and client-facing role supporting engineering and service teams across customer sites throughout the UK. The Role Provide practical H&S advice across client sites. Drive consistent H&S standards and procedures. Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses. Support RAMS, permits and safe systems of work. Ensure contractor and site documentation is in place. Coach and influence managers and employees. Monitor H&S performance and drive improvements. Support training and behavioural safety initiatives. Improve and standardise H&S systems and processes. Produce reports and improvement actions. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders. Travel regularly to client sites across the UK.
