HSE Coordinator / Manager Corby, Northamptonshire Monday to Friday, Days Up to 50,000An established food manufacturing business is looking for an HSE Coordinator / Manager to join the team. This is a key role supporting the site in maintaining and continuously improving health, safety and environmental standards across a busy production environment.You will play an important part in driving a strong safety culture, influencing behaviours at all levels and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards. This is a hands on, site-based role with real scope to make an impact and develop further within the food manufacturing sector.Key responsibilitiesCarry out site audits, toolbox talks and support the development and review of risk assessments and safe systems of workInvestigate accidents, incidents and non-conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actionsSupport and assist with serious incident and near miss investigationsAssist with the development and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems and documentationPromote a strong health, safety, environmental and wellbeing culture across siteAct as lead HSE advisor in the absence of the HSE ManagerMonitor safety data and produce monthly reports and trend analysisChair monthly health, safety and environmental committee meetingsDeliver engaging safety training to operational teamsManage hazard observation reporting systems and identify improvement trendsSupport continuous ..... full job details .....
