We’re recruiting an experienced HSE Manager to take the lead on Health, Safety and Environmental performance for an established North Yorkshire manufacturing business. This is a standalone, high-impact position offering real autonomy to influence strategy, strengthen safety culture and drive environmental improvements across a busy manufacturing site. You’ll have the opportunity to: Take ownership of the site’s HSE strategy and improvement roadmap Influence Health & Safety culture from the shop floor through to senior leadership Lead on COSHH, DSEAR, RIDDOR, risk assessments and incident investigation Drive root cause analysis, CAPA and preventative improvements Oversee environmental compliance, including waste, effluent, utilities and packaging Lead contractor controls and permit-to-work systems Maintain audit readiness across customer, BRC and regulatory requirements Develop HSE reporting, KPIs and recommendations Coach managers and build greater ownership of safety across the business ...
