HSE ManagerPaddington, London 60,000- 70,000 + PackageConstructionAn established construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced HSE Manager to join their team from their Paddington office. This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE Manager who wants to take ownership of health, safety and environmental standards across a portfolio of construction projects predominantly based throughout London.The HSE Manager will be based in the Paddington office five days per week, with approximately two days spent visiting live construction sites across London. Working closely with project teams and senior management, the HSE Manager will help ensure that projects are delivered in line with company procedures, current legislation and industry best practice.HSE Manager RoleThe HSE Manager will be responsible for promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the business and supporting site teams with the implementation of HSE policies and procedures.Key responsibilities will include carrying out regular site inspections and audits, reviewing RAMS and construction phase plans, investigating incidents and near misses, producing reports and monitoring corrective actions.
