HSE Lead
Excellent opportunity for a HSE Lead for a site in North Ayrshire, Scotland.
The company is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting clients across sectors including petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, power, and renewables.
They are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Lead to join their team. This is a key on-site role focused on maintaining and enhancing safety standards within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits and inspections
- Managing and investigating incidents
- Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and CDM regulations
- Driving improvement planning and implementation
- Supporting and maintaining management system standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the industrial services or petrochemical industry
- Familiarity with Mechanical or SIPS departments is highly desirable
- NVQ Level 5 / NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Grad IOSH status
