The RoleAs the HSEQ Lead, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the HSE strategy across the business, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality expectations. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and key stakeholders to continuously enhance HSEQ performance and foster a proactive safety-first culture. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies, programmes, and initiatives aligned with current and future business requirements.Monitor and manage HSE systems, standards, and behaviours, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.Develop and oversee HSE audits, management plans, and assurance activities to ensure safe and high-quality project delivery.Drive innovation in HSEQ, introducing new safety initiatives and continuous improvement programmes across the project and wider business.Lead the development and delivery of Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems, promoting excellence in HSEQ standards and behaviours.You will be a confident and influential ..... full job details .....
