HSE Engineer

Job Description: HSE Engineer Location: Talacre, North Wales Contract: 12 months renewable Scope: Outside IR35 Responsibilities: Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level Lead Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.) Support implementation and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Plan and conduct internal HSE audits Coordinate and prepare HSE files and other deliverables following CDM regulations Lead accident / incident investigation Complete supplier HSE evaluations, readiness reviews and review supplier HSE documents to ensure they meet the Project requirements Cover for HSE Trainer, PTW Officer and HSE Officer Records, coordinates and monitors HSE Performance and KPI''s Requirements: Education: Qualification in HSE or engineering related field, Nebosh diploma Experience: 3-7 years in the OilandGas industry and onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survery/investigation Certification: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor ..... full job details .....
