Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a HSE Coordinator to work for an established manufacturer based in LeicesterThis roles scope includes multiple operational sites, safety and environmental compliance, staff training, audits, incident investigations, and sustainability initiatives. The HSE Coordinator role is focused on health, safety and environmental performance. .About the Role: Working 8:30am - 17:00pm (37.5 hour working week)£35,000 - £40,000 per annum starting salaryThis is a full time permanent vacancy An excellent time to join a fast growing company as they look at moving to a larger facility in the near future.Chance of progression within the companyCompany Pension Scheme Role and Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures and continual improvement programmes.Work closely with Production and Logistics Teams to promote behavioural safety, implement risk improvements and enhance risk management.Develop and deliver EHS training programmes across operational areas.Oversee the site risk assessment programme, ensuring timely creation, review and maintenance of assessments.Conduct internal EHS audits (PPE, machine guarding, site inspections) and produce formal reports with actionable recommendations.Assist with accident and incident investigations across all sites, identifying root causes and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.Attend daily operational meetings to ensure strong communication ..... full job details .....
