HSandE CoordinatorLocation: East Manchester, UK (Head Office)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 35,000 per Annum plus bonus We are seeking a HSE Coordinator to support our HSandE Manager in the coordination, administration, monitoring, and promotion of the company''s preventive and protective measures. This role is crucial in ensuring that HSandE policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are effectively implemented and maintained across the site.Day-to-Day of the Role:Support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of the HSandE Management System and Improvement Programme.Assist in communicating the HSandE Management System and Improvement Programme, ensuring all functions understand their role within it.Prepare and deliver presentations focused on HSandE objectives and goals.Coordinate and deliver improvement workshops and support teams across departments to identify HSandE related opportunities for improvement.Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support in HSandE matters, including maintaining documentation and systems of work in line with the HSandE Management Systems and Improvement Programme.Assist managers with accident investigations and the practical delivery of HSandE actions across the business.Support the coordination of HSandE audits and inspections across the site and monitor and improve the risk assessment process.Required Skills and Qualifications:NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Occupational HandS ..... full job details .....
