This role would be ideal for someone with a few years of Health and Safety experience who wants ownership of their own site, whilst working under a supportive MD and senior leadership team.  This is a hands on, shop floor focused role that is not just about maintaining the status quo, but about continuous improvement. The business has a strong safety culture demonstrated by their ROSPA Awards, ISO 45001 accreditation and industry specific safety commitments. There is so much potential for the right person, if you come in with a  positive hard working attitude there are clear progression and mentoring opportunities.  The site itself has all the risks that you would expect to see in a manufacturing site; movement of goods/ FLTs, racking and storage, manual handling, gas, heat, chemicals, machinery and a maintenance workshops. This is a site based role but does come with a 1.30pm finish on a Friday.
