This role focuses on ensuring compliance with legislation and recognised standards while supporting data reporting training and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Systems and ComplianceCoordinate and maintain compliance with health safety and environmental standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Manage internal audit schedules track findings and ensure completion of corrective actionsMaintain training records incident logs and HSE action trackers ensuring accuracy of dataCollect and analyse performance data to support regular reportingIncident Risk and Energy ManagementCoordinate the reporting and investigation of incidents near misses and hazardsSupport root cause analysis and ensure actions are completedAssist in the development and review of risk assessments COSHH assessments and safe systems of workMonitor energy usage and support improvement initiativesTraining Communication and EngagementMaintain training and competency records ensuring all required training is up to dateDevelop training materials toolbox talks and safety communicationsCoordinate internal and external training sessionsSupport initiatives that promote positive health safety and environmental ..... full job details .....
