HSE Compliance LeadSalary: 40,000- 50,000 and great benefits Location: Salisbury Hours: 4.5 day working week, 37.5hoursHSE Compliance LeadAre you an experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional looking to take the lead on compliance within a high-hazard, COMAH-regulated manufacturing environment?We are recruiting for an HSE Compliance Lead to join an established manufacturing operation, taking responsibility for maintaining and assuring HSE compliance across a complex, safety-critical site.This is a key role supporting safe operations, reducing operational risk and ensuring continued readiness for regulatory inspections and audits. Key ResponsibilitiesLead compliance activities relating to COMAH regulationsEnsure compliance with UK HSE legislation including DSEAR, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, CDM and Environmental Permitting RegulationsAct as a key contact during regulatory inspections and auditsManage and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Conduct internal audits, inspections and assurance activitiesSupport accident and incident investigations and regulatory reportingMonitor legislative changes and update policies and procedures accordinglySupport operational managers in meeting their HSE responsibilitiesMonitor safety KPIs and drive completion of corrective and preventative actionsSupport emergency planning and site emergency arrangementsAbout YouYou will ideally have:NEBOSH Certificate Level 3Minimum 3 years'' relevant experience ..... full job details .....
