This is a practical, site based role supporting the day to day management of Health, Safety and Environmental activity, with a focus on compliance, risk reduction and maintaining a positive safety culture. The role You''ll be responsible for: Supporting the completion and review of Risk Assessments, COSHH and PUWER assessments. Carrying out workplace inspections and audits. Supporting accident, incident and near miss investigations. Monitoring corrective and preventative actions. Delivering HSE inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Maintaining HSE records, systems and reporting data. Providing practical day to day HSE guidance to managers, supervisors and employees. Supporting environmental and health monitoring activity. Helping drive continuous improvement across the site.
