The Role As a Health, Safety and Environment Co-ordinator you will support the HSE Manager in ensuring that the organisation achieves best practise in protecting the health and safety of all persons affected by its undertakings and exceeds all legislative requirements. This will include but not be limited to internal HandS audits and ISO audits. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating and supporting the shop floor supervisors and managers, identifying and resolving HandS issues and promoting a culture of best practice. This role is hybrid, four days on site and one day from home, 37 Hours per week (1 hour for lunch). Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5, Friday 8.30 - 4.30. A driving license and your own transport is a must for this role as it is a regional role and will involve travel to multiple sites within the business to walk round the site, engage, educate and drive conversations on all aspects of health, safety and enviro...
