HSE and Facilities Manager needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: £60,000 per annum + Benefits, Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSE Manager to join a growing manufacturing organisation in Tewkesbury. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this highly visible role will lead the company''s Health, Safety and Environmental strategy whilst also maintaining responsibility for facilities management across the site.This position is ideal for an experienced HSE professional who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and can drive a proactive safety-first culture. You will work closely with operational teams, contractors, auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, reduce risk and continuously improve health, safety and environmental performance. Role and Responsibilities Lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the business.Maintain and continuously improve HSE Management Systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
