HSE and Facilities Manager 50,000 - 60,000 plus benefits Tewkesbury Are you an experienced HSE professional looking to take ownership of health, safety and environmental compliance within a leading electronics manufacturing business?We are seeking a proactive HSE and Facilities Manager to drive a safety-first culture, ensure statutory compliance and oversee day-to-day site operations. Strong COSHH knowledge and experience is a key requirement, alongside hands-on experience in risk assessments, incident investigations and environmental management.Facilities management exposure would be ideal, although this is not essential. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the site''s infrastructure, compliance programmes and wider HSE performance within a busy manufacturing environment.Responsibilities of the HSE and Facilities Manager will include:Lead HSE initiatives to embed a safety-first and environmentally responsible cultureManage and improve site facilities, including statutory compliance and infrastructure managementOversee incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety auditsCoordinate with contractors and internal teams on health, safety, and site facilities projectsEnsure compliance with all environmental permits and regulations, representing the organisation to regulatorsThe ideal HSE and Facilities Manager will have:Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation: ISO 45001, 14001, COSHH and DSEARNEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualificationProven ..... full job details .....
