HSE and Engineering Support Specialist Location: High WycombeSalary: £50,000 £55,000 per annumContract: 6-Month Fixed-Term ContractIndustry: Manufacturing The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in High Wycombe for an experienced HSE and Engineering Support Specialist to support health, safety and environmental compliance across its site. Working closely with the HSE and Engineering teams, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, coordinating compliance activities and ensuring accurate documentation. The position will also involve engineering administration and maintenance coordination, offering a varied role within a busy manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day health, safety and environmental activities across the site. Assist with risk assessments, workplace inspections, safety audits and corrective action tracking. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, training records and compliance registers. Coordinate contractor inductions, permit-to-work documentation and contractor safety requirements. Support incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring actions are recorded and followed up. Promote safe working practices and continuous improvement across site teams. Assist with HSE reporting, compliance monitoring and internal and external audits.
