You''ll be the key person leading Health & Safety, Environmental compliance, and Sustainability across the site, driving standards, improving systems, and engaging teams at every level. What you''ll be doing: Lead all site HSE and sustainability activity, ensuring full legal compliance. Investigate incidents, update SOPs, and manage audit action plans. Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture across the site. Oversee environmental performance, waste, emissions, water usage, and permits. Develop site-level sustainability projects that cut energy use and carbon footprint. Work closely with operations and the factory leadership team on continuous improvement. What we''re looking for: NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum). Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG. Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.
