      <description>Location: Redditch | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | MAKE SAFETY PART OF HOW GREAT ENGINEERING HAPPENS. Steatite, part of the Solid State Group, is looking for a hands on HSE Advisor to help drive health, safety and environmental standards across our multi-site operations. This is a genuinely multi-site, hands on role, with regular travel between our Leominster, Tewkesbury and Redditch sites forming an essential part of the working week. You will need to be comfortable travelling frequently between locations to provide visible, practical HSE support to our teams. This isn''t an HSE role from behind a desk. Working alongside our HSE Manager, you will be out in the business, partnering with site leaders and engineering and manufacturing teams to identify risks, improve working practices and build a strong, positive safety culture.
