Health, Safety and Environmental AdvisorBroughton £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits Permanent A well-established manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to support the continued development of its HSE function across a busy production environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years'' HSE experience who is looking to step into a broader, hands-on role within a growing manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain the company''s Health, Safety and Environmental systems Conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations across the site Promote a positive health and safety culture across production and operational teams Assist with maintaining compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks where required Monitor incidents, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities Ensure policies and procedures remain up to date with current legislation Requirements: 2-3 years'' experience within a Health and Safety or HSE role Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification desirable Strong communication skills with a proactive and practical approach Confident working with stakeholders across all levels of the business In return, the business offers a supportive environment, long-term career development and the opportunity to play a key role ..... full job details .....
